The successful transition from Dube’s Mobile Market to its Farm and Market and positive cash flow for seven consecutive quarters indicates a successful business model with sustainable growth that will provide ongoing baseline funding for Access to Fresh to operate without relying solely on grants.
The sustainable model for Access to Fresh has already been proven through Dube’s Farm and Market’s community involvement and impact, particularly through initiatives like doubling SNAP benefits and targeted produce distribution programs for food pantries, seniors and students.
Our mobile market and its focus on making fresh food accessible—especially to low-income families—while integrating educational components present a direct avenue to address food deserts and improve food literacy.
Established relationships with health organizations, educational institutions, and local farms enhance the potential for wide-reaching impact and successful program execution. Our partnerships with entities like the University of Florida IFAS and AdventHealth for educational and nutritional programs will be more easily expanded due to the charitable organization status of Access to Fresh.
Plans to expand our mobile market operations and accept healthcare benefits highlight our forward-thinking approach to increasing the accessibility and affordability of fresh produce. This strategy underscores our belief in the principle that food is medicine, aiming to integrate nutritional wellness into the healthcare ecosystem, thereby improving community health outcomes through better dietary choices.

We’re proud to launch the Bounty Bus, a bold new initiative in partnership with AdventHealth, designed to bring fresh, local produce and hands-on nutrition education directly to neighborhoods that need it most.
More than a mobile market, the Bounty Bus is a community-powered solution that makes healthy food and practical wellness education more accessible—meeting people where they are, and empowering them with tools to thrive.
Our mission is simple: nourish families, support local farmers, and strengthen the connection between food and health. With over 135,000 servings of produce distributed last year and growing demand across the region, the Bounty Bus helps us expand our reach in meaningful, measurable ways.
Our first stop? The Lewis Abraham Lacoochee Boys & Girls Club, where families gathered for fresh tastings, movement activities, and a firsthand look at how food can fuel healthier lives.
We’re actively seeking partners who share our passion for making a difference—through fresh food, community programming, and innovative local outreach.
Whether you’re looking to sponsor a Bounty Bus stop, co-brand educational tools, or develop a shared initiative, we invite you to explore how your brand or organization can help power this work.
