Nichole leads Access to Fresh’s work connecting local growers, healthcare organizations, schools, and community partners. Her background includes more than twenty years in retail leadership, logistics, operations, and human resources, along with hands-on experience building Dube’s Mobile Market and Dube’s Farm and Market.
That experience shapes an approach grounded in listening and delivery: understand the need, bring the right people together, and make fresh food and practical education accessible through trusted community relationships. Nichole also serves as Chair of Pasco County’s Food Policy Advisory Council and Regional Network of Excellence Co-Chair with the Florida Health and Nutrition Coalition, contributing local experience to Florida’s Food Is Medicine collaboration.
Peter brings experience in strategy, program leadership, brand growth, and storytelling to Access to Fresh. He helps connect the organization’s community work with partnerships, communications, and opportunities to strengthen its impact, and serves as Co-Chair of the Nutrition Security & Economic Development leadership team at the Tufts Food & Nutrition Innovation Institute.
His work spans food, health, education, and business development. As the author of the Macieverse Magic Collection of children’s books, he also creates stories that introduce young children and their caregivers to fresh food, curiosity, and learning together.
